Mod name: Random Village Names

Feature description

So I think a couple nice features would be to have Random Village Names add a marker to Antique Atlas with the name of the village. An alternative could be to change the name of a village waystone to the name of the village when it's activated, if that route is possible then people can just use the Antique Waystones mod to add the village name to Antique Atlas.

Also support for Stoneholm villages would be really nice. Figured I'd just lump that request in here instead of creating a new ticket.
