As per title. I've tried putting a shovel in an item frame on the creators, and even a silk touch shovel, but it simply destroys snow layers, whether they're created by Winter's Calling or manually placing them.

Confirm that shears are working for leaves and a silk touch pickaxe is working for stone. Just can't quite get this working.
