Natural Altar start the next crafting too early that neither hopper or mod pipe can pull out the outcomes.
I am crafting prismarine shards with nether quartz at the Crimson Altar like below.
The altar locks the shard as soon as nether quartz change and starts crafting prismarine crystals.
And there is no redstone to stop it from crafting.
