Infested leafs are always oak leafs. If I put the item in spruce leafs, it turns into oak leafs. (yeah golden oak leafs, but oak)

The gold leaves texture just happens to look like oak.
Making it change based on the type is far more of an effort than I'm willing to take for a small visual inconsistency, sorry.
