I've been running into an issue with the Blooming Sugi Forest biome. I have tried everything, even creating an instance with just Fabric API, Terrablender, and Nature's Spirit. Below is what mine always look like

Looking at the image on the Wiki this is definitely not supposed to be what it is

i believe they changed how the biome generates and i think this is normal in newer updates :3

You may turn this off in the config
