Minecraft 1.20.1 and 1.16.5
Mod nbtac 1.2.1 and 1.1.7

This command is correct /give @s minecraft:tipped_arrow{CustomPotionEffects:[{Id:3,Duration:500}]} but the suggestion is not given correctly.

It seems that CustomPotionColor is forgotten. Both of us.

Yup, it looks like I forgot about it. I'll fix it in the 1.3.1, sometime in the near future, but I won't backport it to 1.16.5.
