Milk disappeared in JEI when this mod installed with mod that enable milk fluid

I did some additional testing and found that the issue is caused by Neapolitan.
To enable the milk fluid, I tried using either Create or Cooking for Blockheads, and the issue occurred.
When I disabled Neapolitan, the problem no longer occurred.
Neapolitan version: 5.1.0
