This mods recipes do not accept other mods Chocolate bars.
The only Food mod that I know to tag their bars is Pam's HarvestCraft 2 - Food Core. They tag their Chocolate bars as '#forge:chocolatebar' and '#forge:chocolatebar/chocolatebar' according to KubeJS
Adding that tag(s) to your bar and recipes would enhance compatibly with at least Pam's HarvestCraft 2
