it seems to only happen when the entity at the back is spawned later. Here the pig is spawned later. When you stand on the other side and look toward the donkey, the bug doesn't occur

btw my game version is 1.20.1 fabric, using the newest version of neat

i just tested recently and found that it has nothing to do with sodium and its addons

This is a known bug. Render sorting is a weird topic so idk if this can be fixed, but I'll definitely investigate further
