1.20.1 Forge Config is bugged

Hello I am playing on 1.20.1-41-forge and don't seem to be able to get some settings to work.

I notice bosses still have the health bar when that is false,

#Whether bars on bosses should be shown
display_on_bosses = false

This setting doesn't seem to hide the name tags,

#If this is enabled and the "disableNameTag" option is true, the vanilla nametag is only hidden if the mob has a Neat healthbar rendered
disable_name_tag_if_healthbar = true

May not be a bug but at the very least I can't use wildcards in the blacklist ("minecraft:*")

Did you reload the game after changing the config?

As for the second point, wildcards are currently not supported by the blacklist

Yeah, I completely closed and reopened the game 4 time since changing the config, the wither and ender dragon still have the neat bar and a named villager I have still have the nametag pop up behind the neat bar

Can you send me your config file?
