I would like the possibility to blacklist some mobs from having the bar. Like bats for example, or mobs that is supposed to be hard to spot, like Ninja Skeleton from SpecialMobs.

Also for entities that shouldn't have health bars at all, like Intangible's Knowledge Gem book entity.
