So basically I was looking at the possible items you can get from sieving things and noticed rubber saplings wasn't on the list for dirt, so basically I look here: http://ex-nihilo-minecraft.wikia.com/wiki/Sieved_Items

And it is an item you can get, but only if Mine factory reloaded is installed along with some other items in that list. Im not sure if you want to add them in if that mod is present, but I do know MFR isn't on your nei addon list along with the other mod's new sieve items.

I thought I would throw in the suggestions though. :D

Oh darn I am wrong about this. Sorry Closing, It does not give a sapling like I had thought. But a seed..
And It shows it quite correctly.
