I get a crash every time, if i uninstall NEI LOTR, Nei works fine for the vanilla crafting recipes.
how can i make it work?

You probably don't use the latest version of the LOTR Mod - the version of NEI LOTR you have installed want's to add support for Wicked Dwarves, but the LOTR Mod version you have doesn't support those yet. You should use v35.4 (at least v35.3) of the LOTR Mod.
