Someone asked this on CurseForge before but they've been told to ask here, and never did, so
Other mods that only have a couple/one books that I use would be Additional Ender Items and Extra Shield Enchantments

NEBs is no longer accepting requests for native compatibility (unless @nekomaster1000 decides to change his mind). The mod is now fully extensible via resource packs and you are able to add your own textures for custom enchantments.
