With the dimension crate, if you add items into it (I added 7 gold ingots), and then take some out with left click, it will stay at said number (7 for me). When I right-click it, the crate changes and saids the correct number of items.
The items aren't actually there though, When I took them all out it just said 7 but nothing else came out.
