Chunkloader Crash

Apologize is this is already reported somewhere. I didn't see it
The second I place a chunkloader, the game crashes.
What Version of NeoTech are you using: (MC 1.9) 3.0.6
If possible, did you break and replace the block: Not possible, crash upon placing

Additional Info:
I am playing on a server with other mods included, link to mod list below (Removing chunkloader makes it work)
Seems as though the chunkloaders in spawn chunks dont crash anything
