• Magma Cream
• Seed

Once placed, it will slowly spread to blocks (1/10 that of grass) around it turning blocks with air on top to a "Nether Grass" block.

This block prevents mob spawning.

Could be similar to mycellium in effect, however should be a very low chance of any particle emission.
