Lower coal by about 1/3 getting good amounts, just too much.
Change to vanilla like behaviour, instead of Nether Ores behavior.

Gold and Iron drop blocks.
Others drop 2x items than what vanilla does.

didn't update ore gen, want to play with it some more.
