I've been loving the mod so far !
I was looking at my logs and just noticed there is an error regarding nether depths recipes :
issue nether depths.txt

I don't have farmer's delight but REI so I guess some of the issues come from there, but not all of them mention farmer's delight, are they still all connected to this ?
I have checked in game and I don't have recipees for them when I use REI

Yeah since you don't have farmersdelight it will do that since I didn't tell the recipes and advancements not to load when farmersdelight isn't installed, I will fix this in the next update
