While fishing with a vanilla fishing rod while in the nether, one can still receive drops from the water loot table and also sometimes the items burn (I don't think they're supposed to burn).

Possibly make it so fished items have a second or two of invulnerability to lava?

Okay well that should be the latest version, this already has the items specified to not be damaged in lava, so I am not sure whats happening. However 1.19.2 wont get anymore updates unless its a real game breaking bug.
