Ores missing when options off in Base Metals config

If the vanilla options for gold, iron, diamond, coal, etc in Base Metals are set to false, the nether ore is not created.

I turned that off because i did not want the slabs and tools but I did want the ore.

Turned that back on fixed the ore disappearing.

This is semi-expected, but is on the TODO to be fixed in the next release
