Respawn Delay: Respawn timer doesn't work and login respawns dead players

Environment: Multiplayer

Mod version: 1.21.0-4.6
Description
The mod just make players to spectator mode on their death, but not respawn it. The timer is not shown up.
Instead, when the player logs in again after death, the mod respawn him even though the time didn't pass enough as my config.
