Feature description

I love the tiny bees, but when it comes time to make more of them, it's kind of a pain to breed them. So, I have a proposal for an alternate bee "breeding" system.
You can't breed bees with flowers any more, HOWEVER. As long as a hive has more than zero bees in it, when it hits the max honey cap and there's less than the max amount of bees, it will attempt to consume that honey to add one bee to the bee count. This way, bees can repopulate automatically.
