License clarification: CC0, ARR, or both?

Hello, I was looking through the mod and noticed that the licenses on Curseforge and here potentially contradict each other. On Curse the license is listed as All Rights Reserved, an extremely restrictive license that restricts everything except what CurseForge explicitly grants to mod makers. However, the license here is listed as CC0, a public domain license that allows anyone with the source code to do anything they want.

While this is technically legally valid (CC0 source code can be published under ARR in binary form) it doesn't seem intentional, especially when the fabric example mod carries the CC0 license by default.

While the community would obviously encourage you to lean towards the side of FOSS licenses, I would just like to know what I'm allowed to do with the mod and its source code before poking around in it.

Sorry to post this wall of text, but I just wanted to clearly explain why the current licensing situation could be unintended and/or problematic.
