First step thanks for your mod on Fabric.
Second step, I tried to modify some configurations and the only configuration I didn't see any change is ToolSpeed (I didn't test the configuration for enchantments).

Is it possible to know how it works, if it works well of course? All other configurations work as I wish.

It works for me, in case it's not the attack speed but only the mining speed

Okay it's me... So could you add the configuration for Attack Speed ?
