The mod is Autofish for Fabric platform.

What feature(s) is in conflict
Netherite fishing rod already has Autofish compatibility, but only for water. I wonder, if it'd be possible to implement that into lava fishing as well, even though minecraft's physics engine is horrible making it impossible to fix the fishing float while fishing in lava.
