[Bug]: Leaving Nether Chest Disables the ability to change item slots by using both the number keys and scroll wheel

Current Behavior: Occasionally opening and exiting a nether chest disables the ability to change the GUI item slots with any controls, and only within the game (i.e. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0, Mouse Scroll Wheel). Exiting the server/world and reentering does not fix this, it either goes away in approximately 30 minutes, or when the game is restarted
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Nether Chest
  2. Close Nether Chest
