Current behaviour: Putting on the respirator does nothing other than add one armour to the armour bar.

Steps to reproduce: Literally just put on the respirator in survival mode while standing in a no oxygen environment.

Expected: Slower (no?) oxygen depletion while wearing the respirator.

The respirator only works for yellow air quality, you can check that with the safety lantern.

Being around lava or inside water creates red air quality, which the respirator doesn't protect from. Water Breathing potions are your only options there.
