[Bug]: Air bar flickering while in a place with no limited air

The air bar is flickering for no apparent reason while in a space with no limited air at all, check the record (sorry for quality due to github file size limit):

Edit: Discovered that it's not flickering but considering me to be in a space with limited air when it's not the case

Edit 2: I lost my villagers from my farm because of this bug, they were on the surface so no limited air.
