So I had purchased a server through Bisect hosting for the Steampunk LPS modpack, which has thinair in it as a mod that is central to the experience. I wanted to change the heights at which thinair began working, and I changed the thinair-common.toml and it simply didn't work. I didn't attempt to recreate this in singleplayer, so it may work there, not sure. It is a large modpack so maybe it's some error due to that or the server provider, but I am not quite sure where it'd originate from. Thanks for your help.
