Hi there! Love your mod. I would like to maybe suggest a small cooldown before being able to use another Bottled Soul though - the reason is that it seems to be very easy to waste multiple bottles when holding the mouse click for a bit too long, or when using the item while in a state of panic - would this be possible?

Additionally, Is there an option I'm not seeing in the configs, that allows for the respirator and such to only be needed in high altitudes?
I'm not sure how the range should be changed for air quality to not be affected underground.
