Issue description

If you are already in 3rd person when you mount a horse or start to use elytra. Nimble doesn't respect your previous setting and will force you back into first person

changing this so nimble will only restore you to first person if you were in first person before mounting would increase immersion

Behavior would act as follows
First person -> Mount to 3rd -> Dismount to 1st person
First person -> Mount to 3rd -> player manual swaps to 1st person -> nothing happens on dismount
3rd person -> Mounting does nothing -> Dismount stays 3rd
3rd person -> Mounting does nothing -> Player manual swaps to 1st person -> Dismount stays 3rd

This would also solve an unrelated janky thing that happens when using Shoulder Surfing Reloaded
