Improve Realms warning

Idea

As discussed previously, Realms could use a new icon, tooltip and warning page because of passive monitoring:

For Bedrock and Java Realms as well as partnered Bedrock servers, we leverage an automated proactive chat filtering system.
We use it to classify, filter, and escalate online harms for human review and moderation to promote safe and welcoming interactions on Minecraft games. That includes behaviors such as harassment, abuse, and hate speech.

The warning screen should have a new toggle, icon should reuse the "show server safety" toggle. It is also notable that the standard multiplayer disclaimer does not appear on Realms (possibly because it's not third-party?), so there would not be any conflict or duplicate warnings.

The icon

I suggest the icon to be a red button with a camera and chat bubble or camera and warning symbol. Mockup:
icon

The tooltip

Something like:

Realms servers require all chat messages to be signed and sent to Mojang, so your messages can be reported and are automatically monitored. Everything you send in the chat is potentially incriminating evidence that may cause a ban from all multiplayer. You can disable option X to get warned again.

The warning screen

Something like:

Caution: Realms is monitored
Realms requires all chat messages to be signed, plus automatically sends all messages to Mojang for monitoring. Everything you send in the chat is potentially incriminating evidence that may cause a ban from all multiplayer. You can choose to play anyway, but No Chat Reports will not be able to protect you.
▢ Do not show again for Realms

When #95 is implemented, these messages should change accordingly, of course.

@Aizistral You added a new icon and tooltip, but what about a warning screen? As it applies for all Realms servers anyway, it could be displayed when opening the Realms server list, instead of when connecting to an individual server.
