Parse kick messages only on join

Idea
It seems that NCR tries to parse the kick messages (whether the server requires signing etc) on all cases, not just when the player initially tries to join the server. This is simply unnecessary, as it may make the wrong assumption when the player gets kicked due to a plugin error.
Therefore I suggest reworking it to only work on initial server join.
