Server safety is a button that currently does nothing on click. What if it just toggled the whitelist state for the current server?

The button should currently still do nothing on Realms.

Reasoning

• Give the button a use
• Makes it easier for users to toggle servers' whitelist
• Simplify the tooltip, as it wouldn't need to instruct the user how to change config
