Bug Description

If encrypt public messages enabled,encrypted text sometimes start with / char,which causes server to return Unknown or incomplete command error on chat

Steps to Reproduce

1.Enable Encryption with AES/GCM+Base64 algorithm and enable Encrypt public messages
2.try sending chat messages until you get "Unknown or incomplete command, see bellow for error"
