Bug Description

When you type any message in chat that does not use the Ceaser's Cipher method of encryption, the server boots you for sending Illegal characters in chat.

This should work for every server

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Join a paper (specified in other information) or single player 1.19.2
  2. Enable any encryption method other than Ceaser's cipher
  3. Type anything in the chat
  4. Proceed to get kicked

Works on a single-player or a paper server specified below.

On the paper server, I was running the plugin named skript version 2.6.3 here

I was running paper 1.19.2 with the build number 265 here
