Bug Description

On servers with NCR or equivalent (green state), the signing state can still be toggled.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Join a server that has NCR or equivalent (green state)
  2. Click on the chat icon
  3. The state is toggled, so the player can force signatures for example

Other Information

I wasn't sure if it is a bug or feature. I recall it not doing anything on click before though, a la Realms.
