Idea

So on hypixel or mcci i have encryption dissabeled but on servers that dont mute/ban you for "spam" i would keep chat encryption on. and also i have difrent keys for difrent servers after #245 is implemented

Reasoning

some servers moderate chat and some dont so this way i can have encryption on servers that allow it and not on servers that dont and once #245 gets aded i can use difrent keys for difrent servers
