Make sure that NCR does not trigger a crash when one of the other mods on Forge fails during the loading phase.

Reasoning

We keep getting reports like #450, where people mistakenly believe that NCR is causing the crash, whereas the actual cause is located higher up in the log. It would be a lot easier for both us and end users if NCR didn't trigger the eventual crash.
