As stated in the title this mod refuses to launch in this Minecraft version, I am using forge 43.2.14, and have run through the user end mod debugging steps, I have turned off all mods and confirmed the game launches, turned on one mod at a time to see if its compatibility issues, and finally once I found it was no enchant cap, I decided to run this mod by itself to see if it was another mod making the issue, no, the game outright refused to launch even though this mod was the only one active and installed.
