Update mod in Modrinth and update Minecraft version tags for CurseForge

Update the mod files in Modrinth to include the mod versions 2.0.0 and 2.0.1. Also include all the Minecraft versions tag which these versions works for (every version 1.18+).
Add the tag for Minecraft versions 1.19.1 and 1.19.2 on CurseForge. The 2.0.1 mod version works perfectly fine in these Minecraft versions, as I tested.
