no-telemetry causes server side crash on server startup

When the no-telemetry mod is included in the mods folder for a Fabric server, it crashes when the server starts. DISCLAIMER: I'm not sure if this mod is for servers since it sounds like telemetry is only a client side thing. But this issue should be inspected.
