As title states I can only craft a nomad book once unless I restart the game. Unloading the world is not enough; a full restart is required. After the first nomad book is crafted both the recipe book and NEI change to show that a campfire and three grass pages now produces an empty output. The recipe still exists, and can be seen by searching for all recipes that use grass pages. It just no longer produces an output.

I suspect that this is caused by the static itemstack CRAFT_RESULT changing to an air or empty itemstack when the recipe is used.
