Crash on clicking Not Enough Animations's config button in Neo's config UI

Bug Description
NeoForge: 21.1.21
Embeddium: 1.7.5+mc1.21.1
I've managed to shrink the instance down to a single-mod reproducer containing just Not Enough Animations.
Reproduction Steps
- Load clean instance as above
- Main menu, click on Mods button
- Select Not Enough Animations and click Config button
