i enabled the crouch to hug in a single player world and after disabling it, closing minecraft reopening it all of that
my character continues to hug the air

Huh that sounds weird. When the animation is turned off, it isn't hooked up. Also, it only gets applied under certain conditions. Can you verify that it really is the hugging animation of NEA?

Disabling NEA removed the hug animation, so yeah it was that

but yeah i disabled not enough animation and it fixed the hugging
