Always struck me as odd that you couldn't see your hands holding items in first person. Could also come with actual slashing animations for swords and more.

I guess, but using the first person model's arms isn't as "rigid" (not sure how to describe)

Not sure what you mean? It's the normal F5 model, and this mod's main original purpose was to make the 3rd person animations more complete like the first person. If I understand you correctly, you want to have the arm rendered while in first person, holding the item. One issue I see is "how" items should be held, since that is different between items.
