Not quite sure about this, but it specifically happens when you walk against the camera of Better Third Person mod and turn left and right at any time. And I don't quite remember having that before.

You probably have one of the rotation mode locks active. Not sure if I can support Better Third Person for that?

The issue is that Better Third Person probably has to do some trickery to unlock the player and the camera, causing this behavior. I think with other mods that have comparable logic like EpicFight mod this happens too. Will have to look into Better Third Person to figure out on how this is fixable.
