When I switched from JEI ItemPanel to the NEI one, pressing R when hovering over a block or item shows the wrong recipe, apparently thinking the JEI ItemPanel is still there. Any idea why this happens?

Example: I press R over the sponge, get magenta wool recipe. WTF?
