When I mouse over an item and click or press R or U to find recipes, the game goes to the dirt texture screen for a moment and then crashes, giving the updating screen events crash message.

What I find most odd is that it only happens on servers, specifically my friend's private server. It doesn't happen in single player.

I use around 70 mods. From what I can tell from this crash log, it has something to do with ComputerCraft, and that there is a recipe conflict, but I'm not sure.

Well I found some source code on earlier issues. I've tried compiling them to get a .class file, but it's not working. How do I get the source code into my mod files?
